Matlab MEX compiler problem

My PC system is:
MATLAB Version: 8.4.0.150421 (R2014b)
MATLAB License Number: ••••••
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Professional Version 6.1 (Build 7601: Service Pack 1)
Java Version: Java 1.7.0_11-b21 with Oracle Corporation Java HotSpot™ 64-Bit Server VM mixed mode
Here is the error message I receive when I try to use the mex command on a *.cpp file:
Building with 'Microsoft Windows SDK 7.1 (C++)'.
Error using mex
'mt' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
Please tell me how to fix this error.

Sorry for opening it again: I have the same problem, but I cannot reach the link above (page doesn't exist?).
(I mean the link under "this previous discussion).
