"What is 'Current prior open-circuit' in the self-discharge parameters of the Simulink supercapacitor block?"

I am planning to simulate a circuit configuration in Simulink to implement regenerative braking before conducting a direct experiment. In the actual experiment, I am using a supercapacitor, and since Simulink has a Supercapacitor block, I am using it.
When setting the parameters of this supercapacitor block, I encountered an issue. In the self-Discharge settings, under Discharge, there is a parameter called "Current prior open-circuit." What does this "Current prior open-circuit" mean? This parameter significantly affects my experimental results.
I would like to simulate this as closely as possible to the specifications of the actual supercapacitor I am using, but I cannot find this parameter in my datasheet.
MathWorks Help Center provides a brief description, saying, "Current prior to an open-circuit event, in amperes," but I still don’t understand what this entails. Some people call it "Leaked current," but this does not seem to match the parameter's name.
What capacitor performance metric does this parameter indicate, and how can I verify this parameter? If anyone knows about this parameter, please let me know.
Thank you for reading.

Hi,
I am sharing more information about the Supercapacitor block below:
The 'Current Prior Open-Circuit' parameter specifies the current flowing just before the supercapacitor is disconnected from the circuit (open-circuit event). The default value is 10 amperes. It's important for modeling the behavior of the supercapacitor when transitioning to an open-circuit state, affecting how self-discharge is simulated.
For more details, you can refer to the given documentation:
I hope this helps!

Thank you for your response, Karanjot.
However, I still have a few points of confusion. I reviewed the datasheet of the supercapacitor I am using in my experiments, but I couldn’t find this particular parameter listed. Is the "Current Prior Open-Circuit" an actual measured value, or is it just a gain value that we tune in code?
If it is a measured value, could you guide me on how I might estimate or approximate this value?
Thank you for taking the time to help once more.
Thank you for reading.
