I need assistance in design of Dynamic Voltage Restorer(DVR).
The DVR is designed to protect a sensitive load rated 15 kVA, 400 V 0.85 lagging for voltage sag/swell of 40%.
The inverter switching frequency is 10 kHz.
The DVR I am designing consists of energy storage unit, voltage source inverter, low pass filter and injection transformer.
I calculated the DC voltage as 700 V using
Vdc = (2 * sqrt(2) * 400) / (m * sqrt(3))
where m = 0.9
the VSI rating was calculated as 4.2 kVA using
SVSI = Vinjected * ILoad * 1.2
where
Vinjected = 0.4 * 400 ILoad = 15000 / (sqrt(3) * 400)
filter inductance
L = Vdc / (8 * fs * Ipeak) Ipeak = sqrt(2) * (4200 / (sqrt(3) * 160)) C = 1 / (((2 * pi * fc) ^ 2) * L) fc(cut-off frequency) = 500 Hz
inductance series resistance 1 ohm
capacitance series resistance 1 ohm,
injection transformer rating 4.2 kVA
primary VSI side voltage 160 V
and secondary grid side 160 V
primary is delta connected and secondary star connected.
I need verification in the design procedure used.

The design procedure you followed for the “Dynamic Voltage Restorer (DVR)” seems to be quite comprehensive.
You can refer the below link for the Model of the “Dynamic Voltage Restorer (DVR)”
