Is it possible to use xpcapi.h calls with Simulink Desktop Real Time?

Hello Everyone,
We have a windows application that was originally developed to communicate with a SLRT target PC. But we are now in the process of updating all our SImulink models to run on SLDRT (to get rid of the target PC requirement). The application is heavily integrated for the SLRT target PC application for realtime model calibration and change input parameters etc. (ex: it uses get and set APIs etc.)
We are wondering if the same set of APIs could be used with the SLDRT ?
Any help in that regard would be appriciated.
Thank you

Hello Howard,
xpcapi.h is specific to Simulink Real-Time and you cannot use it with Simulink Desktop Real-Time. However, there may be a different way to achieve the same functionality. I would recommend to contact MathWorks support, specifying the functionality you need to port.
Best Regards, Jan
