I Set desire Speed at 1500 rpm then Why Asynchronous Machine Speed in RPM Not Comming as per desire ?

Can you please provide the simulink model ? It would be helpful in providing appropriate solution. There could be many reasons behind negative speeds. Providing the simulink model willl help to identify the cause behind that.

The question is rather unclear. I suggest checking out this example in Simscape Electrical that shows how to control and analyze the operation of an Asynchronous Machine (ASM) using sensored rotor field-oriented control.
