Can I use Px4 in SIMULINK for Hardware in the Loop simulation with an unmanned ground vehicle?

You should be able to use Simulink for unmanned ground vehicle as well. But you might need to design the physical model of the ground vehicle in Simulink. You can refer the HITL quadcopter example to get an idea on the hardware connection and the communication interface.
