The BER of MIMO-OFDM using QPSK

I am doing a project related to MIMO-OFDM with QPSK, May I get a correct matlab code for the BER of MIMO-OFDM QPSK. I got stuck somewhere and my BER is always in the range of 10^-1 order instead of decreasing.
