Help capturing diagrams (printing) using Neural Network Toolbox

I am using the neural networks tool box on a Mac and do not have the capability of printing some of my diagrams for network performance and error. The diagram come up nicely in the GUI but does not offer a chance to pdf, print or otherwise capture the diagram for review and analysis. Is this a software problem with the MAC or am I missing something?

You have the option of modifying the source code or creating your own plots using tr.
