RoadRunner not responding after initial install

5 次查看(过去 30 天)
I have done a fresh install of RoadRunner 2024b and activated the license. Once RoadRunner screen loads, choose to create a new project and selected base without add-ons.
The screen goes blank and no longer responds.
This is a Azure VM with 16GB memory and when i check the log files the errors in the logs are as below:

Hi,
I was working on a similar use case and encountered a similar issue. After trying several approaches, I found a workaround that might be helpful for you as well.
Download the Datasmith Export Plugin from the Unreal website and install it manually.
Refer the below links for better understanding:
Hope it helps!

Hi Manish,
Thanks for your response and I went ahead and installed the Unreal engine pre-reqs and the error is now gone. However Roadrunner is still not working.
As I was having issues enabling GPU in Azure, I went ahead and did this on AWS and have a Tesla4 GPU enabled on this AWS EC2 instance.
I still see the next error which is:
[16:24:23 pxphysxgpumoduleloader.cpp(123)] DEV: PhysX message: Failed to load PhysXGpu dll!
[16:24:23] Qt message: QWindowsEGLContext: ANGLE only partially supports OpenGL ES > 3.0%3
[16:24:23] Qt message: QWindowsEGLContext: Failed to create context, eglError: 3005, this: 0x144528bbfb0%3
I am curious to understand if RoadRunner was ever tested in the Cloud as i could find any documentation around that.
Regards
Bhanu

I am still waiting for a response as RoadRunner does not seem to be designed to run on AWS or Azure.
