Hellow ,
how are you all ?!
i have to build a digital communication system with the following properties :
  1. The input signal is a speech signal (BW is 4KHz)
  2. Ideal sampling at nyquist rate
  3. Use uniform quantization with 2^8 levels
  4. Apply 8 bit encoder
  5. Use ASK modulation
  6. Send the signal over AWGN with signal-to-noise ratio of 0dB, 1dB, 10dB
  7. Build an optimal receiver to detect the Tx signal .
  8. Play the speech signal on speakers .
can anyone help ?!
