This error suggests that MATLAB is experiencing a licensing problem. To resolve this error, you can try the following solutions:
  1. Restart the MATLAB
  2. Restart MathWorks Service Host or your computer
  3. Reinstall MathWorks Service Host, you can find detailed instructions on how to reinstall MathWorks Service host here: https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/1815365-how-do-i-uninstall-and-reinstall-the-mathworks-service-host
  4. Allow MATLAB and the MathWorks Service Host on antivirus and VPN. For Windows, the name of the executable is "MathWorksServiceHost.exe"
