Missing function references in compiled assemblies/DLL

When mcc compiles a script into an assembly o standard C DLL called user scripts references are correctly references only if available within the project path.
If not the compiler will not warn the user and the assembly/DLL function calls will fail at execution time with a missin function exception.
There's a way to force mcc to check for references?
