I have a simulink block diagram with bodies, I am not managing to set everything correctly to get my kinematic model

can't simulate your model as it's missing all the .step files.
noticed one revolute joint where both actuation torque and motion are set to auto. this is incorrect. the default is torque = none, motion = auto.
