The one on the bottom right corner, connected to the capacitor, voltage measurement and resistor.

Unfortunately even when zooming 400%, I cannot make out what the device is :(

Since the block is connected to the scope with the label 'Output Current', it is certainly related to the measurement of the current signal. In the Simscape library, you can find both the Current Sensor block and the Current Measurement block.
