このエラーは、macOSマシンに内蔵イーサネットデバイスが存在しない状態で、ネットワークライセンスマネージャーを起動しようとした場合に発生することがあります。ライセンスマネージャーを正常に動作させるには、マシンにイーサネットデバイスが搭載されており、そのデバイスが「en0」として認識されている必要があります。
