Unable to Install Parallel Computing Toolbox Despite Having License Access

I am writing to report an issue I am encountering with the installation of the Parallel Computing Toolbox in MATLAB. Although I have verified that I have the required license access to this toolbox, the system prevents me from installing it and displays a message advising me to "contact the administrator."
