Is there a way to share and display a Simulink model with users who don't have Simulink installed?

I want to share a Simulink model with users who don't have Simulink installed or don't have a Simulink license.
The shared model doesn't need to be executable by the recipient.
Is there a feature that allows them to view navigate hierarchically to specific subsystems and see properties of blocks and signals?

You can easily share and display Simulink models with users who don't have Simulink installed using a feature called Web View.
Web Views are created with Simulink Report Generator. Once created, these files let you view a Simulink model directly in a web browser, eliminating the need for a Simulink installation.
This is a great solution when you need to share your models with colleagues or stakeholders who only need to visualize the model's structure and properties without running simulations.
For more details, please refer to the following documentation.
