Certificate unavailable after completing Simulink Onramp course in desktop app

I have completed the Simulink Onramp course using the desktop app, but when I try to download the certificate, the progress shows as 0%. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

Note that MathWorks has had some server issues recently that may be impacting the ability to record your progress. If the answer in the linked post does not help, I would suggest contacting support: https://www.mathworks.com/support/contact_us.html
