インストール時の「ファンクションが間違っています」のエラーは「Why do I get an Incorrect Function error while installing MATLAB?」に英語の回答がありますが、ダウンロードしたインストーラーのファイルが破損している可能性が考えれます。
インストーラーを再度ダウンロードしてみたほうが良いかもしれません。
