How to simulate electro-hydraulic actuator system with hydraulic oil thermal effect in Simscape

1 次查看(过去 30 天)
I want to simulate hydraulic actuator with hydraulic oil thermal effect use Simscape. I find there is an example model Closed-Circuit Hydraulic Actuator which can be referrred. Nevertheless, this example model's hydraulic oil temprature is constant during the simulation procedure, which is not realistic since the oil temprature will increase as the continuous reciprocating operation of hydraulic actuator.
What should I do to construct a hydraulic actuator model with thermal fluid in simscape, or there is some example models which consider thermal fluid effect.

Use the components from the Thermal Liquid (TL) domain. You will need to parametrize each component based on your system or the re-use some from the IL model. Looks like all the components in the IL model has a corresponding one in the TL domain. You should end up with something like this:
Another thing you may need to think about is the source of heat in the actual system. Make sure such effect is represented in the model.
