Extracting data from .txt file

Hi,
I have two files (Text files) named as Force.txt and Disp.txt. I want to extracct data from these two files and plot a graph where force value will be on the Y axis and Displacement Values will be on the X axis. In the text files I have data of step numbers ( There are total 89 steps). In file disp.txt, thre are 89 values of displacement for 89 steps and it is obtained from node no. 1964.
On the other hand, the force values will be for nodes 1-3 7-10 73-76 342-346 447-451 982-984 988-991 1054-1057 1323-1327 1428-1432 1963 1965-1968 1973-1976 2242-2246 2287-2291 2822-3593 (total 833 nodes) and for 89 steps. I have attached the files with this question.
I want to extract data like the following table: Then want to plot a graph as mentioned above.
Force ( summed value of 833 nodes) Disp.(for node 1964)

Can anyone help me in writing a matlab code? I would appreciate your kind assistance.

Without having a .tb file to work with, and your description of it as a text file, I would use the readtable function with the FileType='text' name-value pair as an additional argument. It may be necessary to tweak the readtable call further, depending on how the .tb file is organised and how readtable imports it.

The 'Disp.txt.text' file is mixed string and numeric, so I opted to use the readcell function for it. You could use readtable, (that works) however that would likely not make it easier to work with. How you import it depends on what you want to do with the information in it.
The 'Force.txt.text' file is easily imported using readtable. I plotted it, however there seems to be missing information on how to interpret it in order to plot it correctly. (The 'FBY' variable is uniformly zero.)

Here is the results file that I made in Excel. But I will be helpful If I can do it in matlab code, since it will reduce my time. Please see the attached excel file.In the Force file the values are in N. However, in the excel file it is in kN.

That helps significantly, however there ase still problems. (I am using Ubuntu 24.04, so I do not have access to Excel. I can import the file, however I cannot do anything else with it.)
There are 2376 unique nodes in the 'Force' file and 89 elements in the 'Node1964TDtZ' vector. I can sum the 75680 elements of 'FBZ' over each unique node, however the difference in the vector lengths (89 and 2376) means that it is not possible to plot them together.
What detail am I missing?

O.K. The exact node numbers solves that mystery, however there are only 16 node ranges, and we need 89 of them. There are 897 nodes in the node ranges, so using every one individually (rather than taking the sum across those ranges) still does not equal 89.
I can read the Excel file, however I have no idea what information I should get from it. The variable names are not stated, either.

Can you please try with the latest attached zip file? I re-ran the analysis.
Here, total number of steps is 100. So, there will have 100 values of TDtz for for node 1964 (from Disp file). And in the the force file, FBz for all (1-3 7-10 73-76 342-346 447-451 982-984 988-991 1054-1057 1323-1327 1428-1432 1963 1965-1968 1973-1976 2242-2246 2287-2291 2822-3593) these nodes will be summed for each 100 steps. These 100 values of FBz then will be used to plot the graph against TDtz. So both the two variables will have 100 values.
