why can't I have MATLAB help from Mathworks website?

When I try to reach the website I got:
Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://www.mathworks.com/help/?" on this server.

Sorry to bother you all.
I found that the VPN is reaching another server, not the one that I usually use.
I changed the server and everything works fine.
