You can try below troubleshooting steps:
- Check Internet Connection: Make sure your computer can access the internet.
- Disable Firewall/Antivirus Temporarily: See if the window loads after disabling them (remember to turn them back on later).
- Check MATLAB Proxy Settings: Go to Home > Preferences > Web and make sure proxy settings are correct.
- Try a Different Computer or Network: Sometimes network restrictions cause this issue.
