Unable to add additional end users

Hello,
I have Matlab 2014a, and would like to add an additional user (a colleague) but I cannot. In licence center, when i navigate to the 'Manage Users' tab, the button for 'Add user' is greyed out. Master licence number is [EDIT: number removed].

If you have already reached the maximum number of users permitted by your license, then it would not surprise me if Add user were greyed out.
