How to enable old style of 'figure'

I updated to 2025b these days. The interface of 'figure' has changed.
It looks beautiful, however, very inconvinient for me.
The interface keeps freezing and remains unresponsive for more than 10 seconds, when I ploted some signal with a length over 10 million. The old interface do not show this kind of delay.

There is no way to enable the old style of figures.
The closest you can get is to set WindowStyle = 'normal' on the figure(), to remove the top menus.
