Running xpctargetping reports an error

Now I need to connect to an external device, and when I input the xpctargetping command, Matlab reports an error. Errors are as follows:
Previously, the xpctargetping command could be used normally.

I don't know but maybe it's been fixed since 2016. What do you mean by "Previously"? What version was that? Your version is 10 years old. Can you update to the newest version?
