MATLAB programming problems related to navigation

I would like to ask a question to all the experts in the community. My MATLAB version is 24.2.0.2712019 (R2024b).I want to use MATLAB to extract features 5, 6 and 7, 8 from here. How should I specifically implement this in programming? I currently have an NMEA file and an OBS file. Are these two files sufficient to extract the above four features?
