Simulink "Initial state" vs. Simscape "Operating Point"

Hi,
I have a Simulink model that has Simulink blocks as well as Simscape/Simscape Electrical blocks.
I want to simulate this model up to certain operating point, save this state to, then, initiate other simulations starting from this previously saved operating point.
Within "Configuration Parameters > Data Import/Export" there is field "Initial state" in which I can use a file of OperatingPoint type:

But, within "Configuration Parameters > Simscape" there is also a field named "Operating Point" in which I can use a file of OperatingPoint type:

My question is: Do I have to use these both initialization fields?
I saw in some MathWorks documentation, such as "https://www.mathworks.com/help/slcontrol/ug/frequency-response-estimation-for-power-electronics-model-using-prbs.html", only the "Initial state" field been used. But, as I didn't understand the difference between both fields, I do not know how to properly use them.
Thanks.

I think as of right now, the initial state will override the information in the Simscape operating point, if that initial state also contains the Simscape model information. One way you can check is to record IC & OP at different time and see which one is used.
