Toolboxes and software missing from Student Suite

I purchased the Student MATLAB and Simulink Suite a few years ago (the version at the time was R2023a), but it seems like nothing but the base MATLAB application was installed. It seems like I'm currently unable to access any of the toolboxes that were included with the package, or install Simulink. I redownloaded the Mathworks installer and updated to R2023b, but it didn't offer to install any of the additional software. Running matlab.addons.installedAddons just returns an empty table. Is there a way to get these features back?

It sounds as if it thinks that you only have the base MATLAB license.

If you visit https://www.mathworks.com/mwaccount/?s_tid=user_nav_myac then it should show you a list of your licenses. Click on the number of the appropriate license . The resulting page will have a "Manage Products" tab (it is the default tab, actually) that will show you all of the products that are associated with your license.
