Any way to have a reverse data cursor (enter the coordinates and it goes to them)?

I was wondering if there was a way to have it so a user can input pixel coordinates and some sort of cursor/arrow/identifier of any kind could show up on/at that pixel?
For examples, lets say I have a GUI with two edit boxes and an image. I want to be able to enter the values into the edit boxes and this identifier shows up at the coordinates represented by those values.
