which classifier is suitable for classifying audio signals using MFCC?

I am working on audio signals(infant cry signals).I have extracted mel frequency cepstral coefficients (MFCCs) of all samples. now want to use classifier to classify these cry samples as normal, jaundice and Apnea type.pls help me.
