hi i want to know if the input image consist of 0-255 gray level then how to quantize this input image in to 64 level. thanking you

You could use intlut() if you want to control the input and output ranges (e.g. 0-3 go to 0, 4-7 go to 1, 8 - 11 go to 2, etc. up to 255, like a posterized appearance), or you can simply divide by 4 if you want your output values to go from 0-63 (a quarter of what they were before).
