Real time robot control from C# application

Hello. I'm new to matlab (and C# by the way) and I have to make this C# application. The application should be used to control matlab model of robotic arm (or vehicle or whatever). I have no idea how to connect C# with matlab so I could use some help. If someone could give me some links with useful tutorials or models or some guidelines, I would be thankful. I've been searching but I didn't find anything useful (not that I would know is it useful even if I find it). So if anyone had experience with this kind of thing, please help. Thank you
