Using structure in loop with different fields

I have two loops

for i = 1:m
   for j = 1:n
      hh = call_some_function
   end
end

and hh is a structure with three different fields. I want to use hh for all i and j so that I can use it somewhere. How can I do it ?

hh(i,j) = call_some_function( i, j )
