How do i make m file to ask me for the data file?

This should be simple, but I can't find the answers from the internet...

When I run a m-file, i want the file to open up the load tab and ask me to select any data file within the directory.

For example, I got 2 column data files a.txt, b.txt, c.txt and so on.... with 1st column of the data file being time and 2nd column being speed.

I wanna plot the data, but want the m-file to ask me which data file I want the data from.

What command should i use?
