How can I write Selected frames from my video compression algorithm to a video file?

I have developed an algorithm using Simulink to select frames from a video that contain motion only and to discard static frames. I however cannot find a block in Simulink to write only these selected frames as the output from the "Write to Multimedia File" block gives me the same number of frames as the original video file. What are my best options?
