Simscape: setting common simulation parameter?

I would like to modify all the parameters shown in the picture with set_param.
I couldn't find them here!?
Is there an other list?

If you right-click any of those parameters, there's a What's This? context menu you can click. Among that documentation, you should see a table with the programmatic parameter name and its options.
For example, the "Log simulation data" option says the following:
Parameter: SimscapeLogType
Type: string
Value: 'none' | 'all' | 'local'
Default: 'none'
