Uitable tooltip appearance time

I would like to know if it is possible to set the appearance time for tooltips in uitable. I would like to see the tooltip immediately when I point at the table, without the waiting time. As far as I know, this cannot be set by "standard means". Is there probably some undocumented way to do it? Thanks.
