Convert coordinates from LLLN to ECEF

Hi all , I want to conver LLLN to ECEF , according to specific point.
LLLN vector ( x , y, z ) Point ( Lat,Long,Alt)
and the ouput is ECEF (X,Y,Z)
I didn't find any function that do this. thanks to all

All that functionality would be in the Aerospace Toolbox. For instance, there is a lla2ecef function.
If you don't have access to that toolbox, I'm sure someone out there on the Internet has made this and posted it up. A quick search gave me something from 2005 that might still work.

The equations are pretty straightforward... here's an option very similar to the 2005 one Sebastian linked to, except that it allows you to specify the reference ellipsoid if you wish: llh2xyz.m.
