error with compiled program using Instrument Control Toolbox and NI-SCOPE

My program communicates with National Instrument digitizer NI PCI 5922 using Instrument Control Toolbox and NI-SCOPE. I complied it with Matlab Compiler. The compiled program returned an error:
Error using icdevice (line 233)
Undefined function 'privateIviCLoadlibrary' for input arguments of type 'cell'.
system: Matlab 2014a 32 bit on windows 7 64 bit

Hey,
I am also using a ni 5922 and cant manage to get matlab to communicate with it. may I ask how did you manage to get matlab to recognize to scope?
