calling vgxstructural.m file

I'm using MATLAB R2011a for the first time & I'm trying to call vgxsructural.m by entering "help vgxstructural" at the MATLAB command line. It didn't work. When I check path: matlab/toolbox/econ/econdemos, I can't find vgxstructural. Is it a problem in my R2011a? Is there any way to retrieve vgxstructural.m? Thx alot b4.
