FISHER DISCRIMINANT FUNCTION - ROC

Hi all,
Any clue of links to sites with fisher linear discriminant implementation to analyse some digits taken from MNIST?
I can visualize the mean digits and cov matrices, but now I need the ROC curve and to calculate a threshold that minimizes the error and compare it to another linear discriminant.

Open a documentation window by typing 'doc' in your session or selecting Product Help on MATLAB desktop. Then type 'roc' into the search field and press Enter. You will see (assuming you have Statistics Toolbox in a relatively recent version of MATLAB) plenty of hits from Statistics Toolbox. Alternatively, type 'lookfor roc' in your session.
