How to add DocBlock text in Simulink Report Generator

I must be missing something obvious, but I can't get DocBlock text to appear in the output of Simulink Report Generator. I have: Model Loop Paragraph DocBlock Text
There's a DocBlock at the root of the model. But it's text doesn't make it into the report. What am I missing?
