That paper appears to be http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/7542543/ . I do not have access to that paper.
I see this is given as a project at some universities, such as http://www.engr.usask.ca/classes/EE/456/assignments/OFDM-Simulation-EE810.pdf so I suspect you will not find source code for it.
