xPC target using UEI PD2-MF-64-3M/12H

I'm relatively new to xPC. I have UEI PD2-MF-64-3M/12H as data aquisition board in my target PC, and I've built a simple model to grab the data and send it to the host (I'm using Matlab 2010a).
The model is running fine, but all the data is 0. Even when I connect a fixed input voltage, I don't see any data.
It looks like the board is simple not enabled.
I'd appreciate some help on whaty can I do to find out what I'm doing wrong.

Contact Tech support and provide a sample model that shows the problem. It could be just a setup problem, but it's hard to tell without seeing the model and all the settings.
