While displaying video in a figure window inside a GUI built using GUIDE, how do I set the values for position [x y width height]?

I am trying to play a video in a figure window outFig in my GUI (See image). The figure window is inside a panel. How do I set the x,y values for the position? Is [0,0] the start position of the entire GUI window or the start position inside the panel? Right now I am using [417 26 width height] based on the Current Point that my cursor shows. With these values when I play the video, my figure window is blank. If I do not set position, the video plays but some part of it goes out of the figure window and gets cut-off.
