Using simulink generated mex file with m-file

Hi I have a mex32 file generated from a Simulink model. I wanted to call this in an m-file. The number of input arguments to the model are more than 50. In such case, what should be the syntax to call the mex file? When I try to execute by passing four input arguments, I get the following error.
Invalid flag passed to MEX level2 S-function "sf_sfun"
