Is the bayesian estimation suitable for this problem?

Hello,
I have the following problem: Given a value of X I need to estimate the value of Y. So, I have done several experiments : For each value of X, I fo experiments and compute values of Y.
Is it possible now to use the Bayesian estimation even if values of Y are very different for the same value of X?
