How to save images into a tiff stack

I am new to matlab. I have some images. The size of the 'images' is 500. I want to save these pictures into a stiff stack. Can you help me? Thank you!

Have you looked at the Tiff class?

Can you please provide more information on your workflow that you are trying to achieve?

It might be helpful to look at the Tiff class in MALTAB and few examples on the MATLAB Documentation page:
