string compare in one cell

I have a data which I export to excel using xlswrite. Now I want to compare strings but within one cell only. For example, one cell in excel contains 3 values which are separated by lines
100
150
200
How can I do that?

How to compare strings within Excel is a question about Excel that should be addressed to a resource that deals with Excel.
If you have data that you export to Excel and you want to pull it back from Excel to do comparisons, then the answer appears obvious: do the comparisons on the data you used to export instead of bothering to read it back from Excel
